Tomi Ere, Partner at August Associates, joined the Amcham Finland Board in 2018 and is currently the Chair.
He has 15 years of experience in top management consulting, both in Finland and internationally. His areas of expertise are strategy development; transactions (commercial due diligence, post-merger integration); sales development, e.g. pricing and sales steering; operations strategy, e.g. sourcing, fixed cost reduction, working capital management; and organization and performance management.
