Work is continuously changing – through technology, evolving markets and altering norms. It is crucial that you change along with it.

The Finnish National Opera and Ballet is hosting the event ‘The Art of Metamorphosis’ on the skills you need to be successful with the ever-changing developments occurring in work.

What will the future of work look like? How can you prepare for changes in your career? What skills will be most valued?

Bringing their own flavor to the discussion will be Executive Assistant Carina Rosenlöf-Hydén from the Finnish National Opera and Ballet and Managing Director Stefan Heinrichs from Academic Work.

The event allows you an exclusive tour of the Opera and Ballet’s backstage, complete with stagecraft and costumes, and a tasting of the autumn menu.
