Event Details
With the backdrop of Russia’s war against Ukraine, and the Covid-19 pandemic still underway, once again the transatlantic economy is paramount for business success. The transatlantic economy provides 16 million jobs, $78 billion in R&D funding and represents $6.2 trillion in total commercial sales on both sides of the Atlantic. In these uncertain times, the United States and European Union must take action and drive global impact through an approach built on our shared values. There is no time like the present for the US and EU to seize momentum, deepen their trading relationship and strengthen their bond.
Join us on April 6, 3:30 – 5:15 PM, for the Launch of the Finland Supplement to the Transatlantic Economy Report 2022. This session focuses on the economic relationship between Finland and the United States, where we are now and what is to come. We are at a pivotal point and believe that the way to build our shared resiliency, move towards a sustainable economy and a shared diversity of supply is to invest in each other and our relationship. The U.S. and Finland, working together, will always be more innovative and create more value for society than apart.
