An award-winning journalist, editor and published author whose expertise lies in global politics, policy and economics, he joined POLITICO Europe from the Financial Times where he spent six years as Asia Editor, Assistant Editor and member of the Editorial Board, overseeing all editorial coverage and strategy throughout Asia. Previously, he held roles as the Financial Times’ Bureau Chief in Beijing, Beijing Correspondent for the South China Morning Post and Chief Editor of the China Economic Review.
