We thank you for continuing to believe in the power of relationship-building and internationalization! 2018 broke an Amcham Finland all-time record with 90% meaningful member engagement.
Along with tailored crash courses and targeted matchmaking, Amcham members attended 39 events and briefings on 14 different trends and topics, with 1,090 attendees and 21 speakers flown in from abroad.
This year we:
- Elected a new board
- Launched our Luminary Series on inspirational leadership
- Renewed our U.S. Specialist network expert briefings
- Closed our New York office to make room for more coast-to-coast expertise in 2019
- Released the pioneering study Finland as a Business Location
- Held closed-door sessions with three ministers
- Addressed 17 key Finnish, US, and UK politicians on issues that matter to members
In 2019, our focus will be on collaboration, and we’ll have a full year of new partnerships, briefings, get-togethers, VIP speakers, and business assistance. Stay tuned for our kick-off member letter in January.
