Understanding customer needs for data, sustainability claims, roadmaps and social sustainability and working with manufacturing, product development, packaging development allow companies to stay ahead of legislation, anticipate trends and collaborate with suppliers, NGOs and government agencies.

Bridget Fawcett is Citi’s New York-based Global Chief Strategy Officer for Banking, Capital Markets & Advisory and Global Co-Head of Sustainability & Corporate Transitions Investment Banking. Among other responsibilities, she oversees a team that delivers ESG advisory and finance solutions to companies. Bridget is also actively engaged in Citi Women’s equity and inclusion initiatives and is a member of the World Economic Forum’s Task Force on Financing the Transition

Romy Kenyon is Senior Sustainability Manager EMEA at 3M, where she has worked in a variety of roles in Business Groups and Corporate including as European Product Manager. Romy has 20 years of experience in Marketing Strategy & ESG, currently consulting all 3M businesses and EMEA regions to support businesses in using ESG criterial, including sustainability, as a key market differentiator.
