Our tasting will be professionally led by Samuil Angelov, renowned sommelier and restaurateur with six restaurants in Helsinki: Muru Ravintola, Pastis, Finnjävel Sali & Salonki, Ultima and Sue Ellen. Samuil began his career at Michelin-star rated G.W.Sundmans, while studying under sommelier Jussi Ansaharju. He has also studied at the Wine and Spirit Education Trust and the sommelier school in Turku. Samuil competes as a sommelier in Finland and internationally, and his expertise has been featured in numerous wine and lifestyle publications. He is currently President of the Finnish Sommelier Association and Deputy Treasurer of the Association de la Sommellerie Internationale ASI.
This is an invite-only, closed-door wine tasting for Defence Industry Dialogue members and public sector guests.
