Jan Ollila, Senior Partner and Head of M&A & Private Equity at Dittmar & Indrenius, was re-elected to the Amcham Finland Board in 2018 for a two-year term.
Jan Ollila advises corporate clients, private equity houses and financial institutions on M&A, finance and capital markets transactions and on disputes in relation thereto. He acts as arbitrator and mediator in domestic and cross-border commercial disputes.
