Laura Rissanen, State Secretary to the Minister of Social Security at the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health, will open our discussion. Then two panels of experts will tackle the two biggest questions in relation to reaching the 4% goal: “How can we execute the plans laid out in the government program effectively and as a priority?” and “How do we nurture a globally competitive ecosystem in Finland that attracts investments?”
