The talent shortage is at the forefront for many business leaders right now. Based on ongoing discussions with Amcham Finland’s membership, the shortage is a critical risk and industries across the spectrum have a growing unmet need for skilled workers. With the parliamentary elections just around the corner, now is the time to speak up to enact change.
