EA’s Network: Workshop with Berlitz – Cross-Cultural understanding and communication

In today’s global work environment, understanding culture isn’t just useful — it’s essential. And luckily, building intercultural competence is something we can all learn and strengthen with the right tools.

We’re excited to invite you to a special interactive workshop led by Karolina Sveiby, Intercultural Trainer at Berlitz Language Services. With her deep expertise in intercultural communication, Karolina will guide us through key concepts like unconscious bias, personal values, and how to navigate cultural differences at work, such as in the context of global meetings and events.

This is a great chance to take part in a hands-on session usually reserved for private clients, and it’s tailored specifically for the Executive Assistant community.
