FDI Forum 2026
With Finland’s parliamentary elections approaching in 2027, the coming months represent a critical window for shaping the country’s economic future. Competition for international investment is fiercer than ever, and the choices policymakers make now will determine whether Finland gains or loses ground in the global race for capital. The investments Finland attracts now will help determine the country’s competitiveness, innovation capacity, and economic growth well into the future.
Which reforms will matter most? What must the next government prioritize to keep Finland at the forefront of global investment decisions?
These are the questions at the center of this year’s FDI Forum.
Join us on the morning of Friday, September 4 for Amcham Finland’s Annual FDI Forum, which brings together business leaders, industry experts, and decision-makers to explore the global investment landscape and Finland’s place within it. This year’s program includes a dedicated election panel debating what Finland’s next government must get right to secure the country’s position as a competitive investment destination.
Panelists include:

- Sari Multala, Minister of Climate and the Environment, National Coalition Party (NCP)

The discussion will be moderated by Alexandra Pasternak-Jackson, CEO, Amcham Finland. More panelists and keynote speaker to be announced.
We look forward to exploring with you what it will take to secure Finland’s position at the top of global investment decisions in 2027 and beyond.
