Join Amcham Finland’s Women’s Network on Monday, March 23, for an afternoon dedicated to women leading innovation across sectors. We’ve brought together senior leaders from Yle, VTT, Oracle, and Roschier to share what innovation leadership actually looks like in practice.

Cilla Lönnqvist, Head of Innovation at Yle, will open with her journey leading innovation in public service media, where trust, creativity, and societal impact must coexist.

Emilia Nordlund, Research Manager, Industrial Biotechnology and Food from VTT will share how she leads her research team and how they drive real-world impact.

They’ll be joined by Tiina Huhtamäki, VP, Support Renewal Sales, Nordics from Oracle, and Johanna Flythström, Partner and Head of Helsinki Office, from Roschier, for a candid panel discussion on how innovation is led in practice and what women leaders across different systems can learn from each other.

This is a by-invite-only event for members of Amcham Finland’s Women’s Network. The afternoon also includes dedicated networking time to connect with peers.
