Amcham Finland will host its Talent Summit 2025 to publish and discuss the recommendations of the Strategic Talent Working Group. Based on three high-level roundtables, the recommendations lay out a full-cycle strategy for Finland’s talent challenge: from building education and career pipelines to modernizing recruitment and ensuring long-term integration.

The Summit will bring together business leaders, policymakers, and stakeholders to emphasize the urgency of work-based immigration and talent retention as a strategic national priority. The program will feature:

• Keynote address by Minister of Education Anders Adlercreutz
• Presentation of recommendations by Egbert Schram, Group CEO at The Culture Factor Group
• Commentary panel with leading experts, including Glenn Gassen, Director of Migration Affairs at the City of Helsinki, and Saija Rintala, Head of Human Resources at DHL Express More speakers to be announced.
